Christmas party & anniversaries

Contrary to the trend in Bavarian industrial companies, FISCHER LICHT & METALL can look back on a satisfactory financial year, as emphasised at the works meeting on the last working day of 2024. The Christmas party was once again held on the Friday before Christmas Eve in the Kulturhalle Berching and was opened with music by 18 talented musicians from the Beilngries brass band. 

Managing Director Stephan K. Fischer praised the good team spirit in the company. He emphasised that anniversaries not only show the loyalty and commitment of the employees, but also contribute significantly to the long-term success of FISCHER. The company is particularly proud of the employees who have supported it with their knowledge and experience over many years. Mr Fischer warmly thanked all those celebrating their anniversaries for their valuable work and continuous commitment.

A total of 36 milestone anniversaries were celebrated at FISCHER, including 10 employees who have been with the company for over 25 years and 2 who have been with the company for over 40 years.

During the works meeting, Stephan K. Fischer also spoke about the investments that have already been made and those that are still outstanding, explaining in detail their benefits for the future. The investment volume has reached a record level in the company's 95-year history and emphasises FISCHER's commitment to sustainable growth and innovation. Safe work is only possible with sensible investments.
