FIRST DAY OF TRAINING AT FISCHER

On 2 September, eight motivated young people started their first day as apprentices at FISCHER LICHT & METALL. The new trainees - including an electrical systems fitter, a sign and illuminated sign maker, an IT specialist for system integration and five construction mechanics - were warmly welcomed by Production Manager Benjamin Köbl and his team of trainers.

The day began with an introduction, during which the new trainees got to know their contacts, were given FISCHER clothing and learnt more about the various departments. A tour of the company premises gave them a comprehensive overview of the work areas.

FISCHER LICHT & METALL attaches great importance to building a long-term relationship with its junior staff. Production Manager Köbl emphasises: ‘Starting a career is an important step, and we are ready to support them with our almost 100 years of expertise and take them on once they have completed their training.’ With a trainee ratio of 12%, the company is well above the national average.

For those interested in becoming part of the team in the 2025 training year, information on vacant training positions is available at www.fischer-lum.de. The first trainee day was therefore a promising start to a new career at FISCHER LICHT & METALL.
