Master students of the Munich Painters‘ and Varnishers’ Guild as guests

Once again this year, we had the pleasure of welcoming the master craftsmen and women from the Munich Region Painters and Varnishers Guild to our company - a cherished tradition that we always enjoy.

Insight into our company

Silvia Fischer kicked off the event with an inspiring presentation about our company. As a fourth-generation family business, she provided exciting insights into our company history, which is steeped in tradition, and introduced the diverse divisions of FISCHER LICHT & METALL.

Exciting factory tour and innovative technology

Our sales manager for advertising systems, Michael Schock, then led the group through our impressive 40,000 square metre factory premises. A particular highlight was our ultra-modern Kant robot, which offered fascinating insights into the world of automation technology. The craftsmanship area - the centrepiece of our company - also captivated the prospective master craftsmen and women.

Professional exchange and networking

At lunchtime, the guests enjoyed a meal together in our canteen, which provided space for lively discussions and a valuable exchange of experiences. The afternoon was characterised by a lively expert discussion on illuminated advertising. Michael Schock presented the most interesting implementation options, which met with great interest.

A memento of a special day

At the festive conclusion, each participant received a gift bag with our book ADVERTISING WITH LIGHT & METAL - a lasting memento of this special day. Of course, the traditional group photo was not to be missed to capture this unforgettable visit.
