Pensioners as guests
Mühlhausen. 70 retirees accepted the invitation of Dieter and Stephan K. Fischer to spend a day at their former workplace. After a warm welcome from the hosts, the members of the management guided the guests through the company. The guests were amazed and enthusiastic about the new technologies in the production of metal components and advertising systems, and crossed the entire company, with an expression of pride flitting across their faces when they saw their son or even grandson at work on modern high-tech machines or carrying out difficult craftsmanship.
After a fortifying lunch in the company canteen, Stephan K. Fischer and technical manager Roland Plank presented the future plans and prospects for FISCHER Licht & Metall. "The most important asset in our family business, then as now, is people," Stephan K. Fischer emphasized. "We attach great importance to the training and further education of our employees. They are our potential for the future."
