With the new additions this year, there are now 23 trainees in three cohorts at the company. In the course of their 3- to 3.5-year training period, they will get to know the various departments and gain valuable professional experience at FISCHER Licht & Metall.

Stephan K. Fischer, Managing Director of the 200-employee company, welcomed the new trainees and emphasized the company's sustainable human resources strategy: "We are a constantly growing company and invest a lot in young talent. Thus, we will remain competitive in the future."

The welcome was followed by a tour of the plant and assignment to the individual departments.
